We process personal data only where this is necessary to operate this website, handle your enquiries and provide our services, or where you have given consent. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and do not use tracking services. Fonts are served from our own server, not from third parties.

This website is operated by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, technically necessary data is processed, in particular IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable provision of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Log data is deleted after a short period.

If you contact us via a form or by email, we process the data you provide, such as name, email address, phone number, object details and uploaded files, in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and our legitimate interest in replying under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We delete enquiries once they have been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

For registration applications we process object details, photos, documents and your contact details in order to carry out the registration, prepare a market estimate and give you access to your file (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Owner details are never published. Object details appear publicly only if you explicitly approve.

Your private access code is not stored in plain text but only as a cryptographic hash. For signing in to the owner portal we use technically necessary cookies that secure your session (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

We use the services of Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992, to store enquiries, registry data and files. The data is stored in a data centre within the European Union. A data processing agreement is in place with Supabase. Files are kept in non-public storage areas and are accessible only to authorised staff.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence.

Gallery Partners LLC is based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred there, this is done on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or, in the context of your enquiry, Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR.
