Gallery Partners Object Registry

A digital registry that documents fine objects in a structured, traceable and verifiable way. Initially focused on facsimiles and bibliophile works.

Documentation workspace with copy stand, colour card, ruler and record sheet

Why a registry?

Anyone who owns, sells, insures or bequeaths a fine object needs reliable information: what exactly is it, in what condition, with what history? The registry gathers this information in an object file and makes it verifiable through a register ID and a QR code.

Who sees what?

Owner details are never public. Object details appear in the public search only if the owner approves. You see your complete file, including our market estimate, with your private access code or in the owner portal. The QR code on the certificate only shows publicly whether the certificate is valid.
